Please call us at 1-816-916-2752 for return authorization (RA).

Items not accompanied by RA will be NOT be accepted.

We will gladly issue a complete product refund under the following conditions: 

• PLEASE CALL FIRST
• RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT
• ALL CONTENTS IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND IN SALEABLE CONDITION
• REFUND ON MERCHANDISE ONLY
• A 20% RESTOCKING FEE MAY APPLY

Claims:
All claims for damaged goods must be filed with the carrier, preferably at the time of delivery.
Our liability for shipping damage to your order ends when the goods leave us.
