I started installing marine electronics and trolling motors in 2019, as a necessity for a broke, 20-something kid who fell into buying a fire-damaged 1996 Ranger R70 for $700. I didn't have the money to pay someone to install new units, so I did the research and installed them myself. This continued on a yearly basis for me, whether it was simply upgrading, new installs in new-to-me boats, or helping buddies out. Eventually, I began to get a few jobs by word-of-mouth. This hobby has turned into a passion, including designing the OX Harness, so I decided to start OX Marine Electronics LLC. I do mobile installs in the Kansas City area. I come to you! My name is Greg Harris, and I am the owner/founder of OX Marine Electronics LLC. I have been a firefighter for the Kansas City, MO Fire Department for 8 years, and have been a bass fisherman since I was 11 years old. I have been fishing club and/or local tournaments since 2017, and am frankly obsessed with finding and catching bass. Electronics that are installed correctly, with clean power, are paramount in locating areas that hold fish. I want to help you find those fish.
